One Small Thing.

One small thing multiplied by a billion is massive change (Bruce Mau). Typically, the small things seem to go unnoticed when they’re done well but, if overlooked, stand out like a sore thumb (ie. a misspelled word). One misspelled word is a bummer, multiple spelled words is annoying. Attention to minute decisions during the design process layers thoughtful, beautifully, well-placed gifts that delight. The user feels known. A relationship is born. A story is told. The story spreads and change happens. But it starts with one small thing.
