Scattered words.

Who will listen? What difference does it make? Shouldn’t it be profound? Do I have time? We can’t keep waiting for the answers to these questions. We’ve been blessed and burdened with words that need scattering. So let’s cast them into the void; let’s start with the discipline of the practice and see where it goes!

I’ve never been a journaler. I take that back. Every morning, I write in my journal (maybe the word that defines the bound paper makes me a journaler). At the end of the hour or so, I’ve written a few words from the reading (bible). I typically reiterate key phrases that I read and seem significant to the day or moment that surrounds my thoughts. But a blog is a different beast. It’s risky. It’s vulnerable. It forces the author to step over the threshold of “imposter” to “authentic”….maybe. Let’s give it a try.
