Do you love spreadsheets, financial strategies, and people? Are you able to see the future in numbers while keeping the needs of people in front of the company’s growth? Are you organized, focused, and forward-thinking? We are seeking an individual to carry us into financial strategic planning while loving the minute details of spreadsheets. We will have an opening for a Financial Director beginning August, 2024.

You must have experience working in your field for 2+ years with an undergraduate degree completed in a related field.

Good communication skills are critical to ensuring the design process is empathetic.

You must be living in Grant County or be willing to move to Grant County soon after being hired.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

As a designer, your ability to communicate will contribute to the creative environment of the Kennedy Art Center Gallery, the place where Marion Design Co’s studio resides. Your responsibilities will also include greeting guests and assisting with art exhibits,

Finance Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced FINANCE MANAGER to join our team and lead the financial management and strategic planning efforts of our social design firm. The FM will play a critical role in ensuring the financial health and sustainability of the organization while upholding our core values of integrity, attention to detail, and strategic planning. This position will begin as a part-time position and grow into a full-time position as the company grows.

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

Proven experience in a leadership finance role, with a track record of success in financial planning, analysis, and strategy.

Deep understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations, with a focus on integrity and attention to detail.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.

Exceptional strategic planning and decision-making abilities, with a demonstrated ability to drive business results.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
