Thanks!
As November grew, we found ourselves reflecting on the many reasons we’re thankful. At Marion Design Co., we’re especially thankful for the incredible community we’re privileged to serve. Whether it’s collaborating on meaningful projects, hosting inspiring events, or simply sharing stories that connect us, your support and creativity continue to fuel our passion.
This month, we celebrate the power of design to bring people together and the generosity that shapes our work. Thank you for being part of our journey and for making it so rewarding.
Here’s a look at what we’ve been up to, and what lies ahead.
DESIGN THINKING | 11.08.24 - 11.21.24
DESIGN THINKING
In November, we hosted three dynamic Design Thinking sessions with our clients and partners! These collaborative workshops brought together diverse perspectives to tackle complex challenges and uncover innovative solutions. While we can’t share exactly what’s on the horizon for these clients just yet, rest assured, the ideas and strategies we’ve developed together are paving the way for some truly impactful projects. We’re excited to continue bringing these visions to life in the months ahead!
CHRISTMAS DOWNTOWN | 11.23.24
CHRISTMAS DOWNTOWN
This holiday season, Marion Design Co. was part of our downtown Christmas celebration and parade! Hosted by the Marion Walkway of Lights and the City of Marion, the event brought together businesses and non-profits to host a variety of holiday-themed activities for the community, creating a joyful and festive atmosphere. At our studio, we had the honor of hosting Letters to Santa, where children (and the young at heart!) shared their holiday wishes. The festivities culminated with a magical Christmas Parade that filled the streets with lights, music, and cheer. It was a wonderful way to kick off the season and celebrate the spirit of togetherness in our community.
SAM JONES TALK | 10.28.24
ARTISTS & DESIGNERS
Our team had the privilege of hearing artist Sam Jones share about his powerful work. His Strange Fruit exhibition, set to be featured at the Kennedy Art Center this summer, showcases the profound impact art can have in addressing important social themes. Hearing Sam’s journey reminded us of the incredible potential when art and design come together. (stay tuned for exciting news about Sam’s work at the Kennedy Art Center).
