Fuzzy persona.

Who are you designing for? Is your view of them blurred around the edges of understanding? It is critical to truly get inside the heart and mind of your client, your patient, your customer, or your community member to build from a core of empathy.

Do the work in a manner that the person does not become the project. The person is the why; the project is the what and how. That’s how a practice of design empathy is built. No fuzzy personas.
